D-myo-Inositol 1,3,5-trisphosphate (Ins(1,3,5)P3) is a regioisomer of inositol trisphosphate (InsP3) and corresponds to the phosphorylated inositol headgroup of phosphatidylinositol 3,5-bisphosphate (PI(3,5)P2).

Ins(1,3,5)P3 has been used in structural and biochemical studies of phosphoinositide-binding proteins, including investigations of pleckstrin homology (PH) domains and phosphoinositide-dependent protein interactions. This product is supplied as the hexasodium salt.
