Here you will find click-photocrosslinking reagents for photoaffinity labeling (PAL).
You can use these compounds for techniques such as SDS-PAGE, immunoprecipitation, biotin-streptavidin affinity purification and mass spectrometry.
Alkyl diazirines are photo-reactive functional groups frequently used in photo-affinity labeling (PAL). Due to their compact size, they are nearly isosteric with a methyl group. Upon irradiation at approximately 355 nm, diazirines form highly reactive intermediates that enable covalent crosslinking to nearby molecules. The photo-crosslinked targets can subsequently be detected using a reporter group such as a fluorophore, biotin, or a radioactive label.
