Here you will find SCO and BCN reagents with strained cyclooctyne groups for copper-free click chemistry. SCO and BCN react with azides by strain-promoted azide–alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) and can be used for bioorthogonal labeling and bioconjugation. Selected strained cyclooctynes can also react with tetrazines by strain-promoted inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder cycloaddition (SPIEDAC). Reagents are available for the functionalization of molecules containing COOH-, NH2- and SH-reactive groups, either with PEG linkers of different lengths or without a linker.
