myo-Inositol 1,2,4,5-tetrakisphosphate (Ins(1,2,4,5)P4) is a regioisomer of inositol tetrakisphosphate (InsP4). Ins(1,2,4,5)P4 has been investigated as an analogue of Ins(1,4,5)P3 and as an agonist at the Ins(1,4,5)P3 receptor.

Studies have demonstrated its ability to mobilize intracellular Ca2+ and investigated its interactions with the Ins(1,4,5)P3 receptor and inositol phosphate-metabolizing enzymes. This product is supplied as the octasodium salt.
