myo-Inositol 1,3,4,5-tetrakisphosphate (Ins(1,3,4,5)P4) is a naturally occurring inositol tetrakisphosphate formed by phosphorylation of Ins(1,4,5)P3 at the 3-position by inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 3-kinases.

Ins(1,3,4,5)P4 is an intermediate in cellular inositol phosphate metabolism and has been extensively investigated in the regulation of intracellular Ca2+ signaling and Ca2+ entry. It has also been shown to interact with Ins(1,4,5)P3-sensitive signaling mechanisms in several experimental systems. This product is supplied as the octasodium salt.
