D-myo-Inositol 1,2,3,5,6-pentakisphosphate (Ins(1,2,3,5,6)P5) is a defined regioisomer of inositol pentakisphosphate (InsP5) and an intermediate in inositol phosphate metabolism.

Ins(1,2,3,5,6)P5 occurs as a product of enzymatic InsP6 dephosphorylation and has been investigated in studies of inositol phosphate metabolism and protein–inositol phosphate interactions. Structural studies have demonstrated binding of Ins(1,2,3,5,6)P5 to the C-terminal pleckstrin homology (PH) domain of pleckstrin. This product is supplied as the decasodium salt.
